Account Manager

Work with a leading professional signage company specializing in legal, MUTCD, security, and OSHA-compliant signage.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
- Proactively engage with warm business leads to build and manage a portfolio of at least 100 active B2B accounts.
- Develop long-term client relationships by leveraging your knowledge of professional signage solutions.
2. Order Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing orders from inception to completion.
- Simplify the ordering process, eliminating the need for clients to navigate the website or traditional methods.
- Collaborate with our in-house design team to service custom orders and ensure client specifications are met.
- Create and manage quotes and purchase orders for established business clients.
3. Client Support and Follow-Up:
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover opportunities for repeat business.
- Address client inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, and provide tailored product recommendations.
4. Sales Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling relevant products.
- Monitor client purchasing trends to anticipate their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain consistent client outreach to stay top-of-mind and foster continued engagement.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback to ensure seamless account management.
- Prepare performance reports on accounts and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and order management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the professional signage industry is highly desirable.
