Human Resources Coordinator
We're hiring a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations!

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator oversees the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of caregivers. This includes verifying qualifications, scheduling fingerprinting, ensuring all required documentation is in order, maintaining compliance with DOH/HCS regulations, and organizing orientations and in-service training. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will maintain accurate employee records, address employee inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews and processing new hires.
- Verify employment history, check criminal backgrounds, and schedule staff for fingerprinting.
- Ensure all caregiver certifications, including HHA (Home Health Aide) credentials, meet DOH/HCS standards.
- Maintain accurate caregiver profiles in agency systems and track compliance status.
- Coordinate orientations, in-service training, and employee handbook distribution for new and existing staff.
- Communicate regularly with employees about compliance requirements, benefits, and any related HR concerns.
- Collaborate with training schools and external partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, or related field beneficial but not required.
- Advanced English skills for effective communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
