Role Overview:

We are seeking a Title Searcher to work in our Santiago office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research skills, with experience in examining and abstracting property titles, primarily residential. 

This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and legal integrity of property transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct public record searches to determine the legal condition of property titles.
• Summarize and abstract recorded documents that affect property titles.
• Independently examine and establish chain of title and property ownership for a range of title orders.
• Analyze records such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and plats to verify ownership, legal descriptions, and document completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies or contradictions in title documentation.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation following established guidelines.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of reports before submission.
