Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at People First BPO in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, demonstrating phone etiquette, and delivering a top-notch customer experience on a daily basis.

• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
