Customer Service & Office Coordinator - Construction
About the Role
You'll support a U.S.-based glass company that serves homeowners, designers, contractors, and builders. They install custom shower doors, mirrors, railings, and tabletops for homes, and storefronts and glass walls for commercial buildings. You'll be the point of contact for customers, keeping every job organized from the first call to final invoice.
The most important part of this job is how you treat people and how careful you are. Customers should feel they're talking to someone patient, kind, and calm. Every measurement, quantity, and order should be checked before it goes out. If you have that foundation, the company will train you on their products, software, and procedures. Construction or glass experience is a big plus, but not required.
