About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Home Healthcare Team Lead to supervise and support a team working with a U.S.-based home healthcare agency.

The team handles areas such as patient intake, caregiver coordination and scheduling, and HR support.

If you have experience working in home healthcare and are organized, responsible, good with people, and ready to take on a leadership role, we encourage you to apply.

You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for someone who understands home healthcare operations, learns quickly, and can help a team stay organized and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members working in Intake, Coordination, and HR

• Help organize daily workloads and priorities

• Monitor outstanding tasks and make sure follow-ups are completed

• Assist with new patient intake and onboarding

• Help coordinate caregiver schedules and resolve coverage issues

• Monitor caregiver attendance and scheduling issues

• Support caregiver hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation

• Train and guide team members

• Review work for accuracy and help correct mistakes

• Handle escalated patient, caregiver, or operational issues

• Communicate regularly with management

• Step in and assist the team when additional support is needed

• Help improve processes and keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in home healthcare, home care, or a related healthcare operation

• Experience in one or more of these areas:

  • Patient Intake

  • Caregiver Coordination / Scheduling

  • HR / Caregiver Onboarding

• Previous leadership, supervisory, training, or senior coordinator experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Able to communicate professionally with employees, patients, and management

• Strong written and spoken English

• Comfortable learning and working with different computer systems

• Responsible, proactive, and dependable

• Based in Santiago and available for full-time, in-office work
