Job Summary
The Back Office Data Entry Agent is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining travel booking information in the company’s systems. This role supports the operations and sales teams by ensuring that all travel data, customer records, and supplier information are processed efficiently and without errors.
Data Entry & System Updates
Enter client information, booking details, and travel itineraries into internal systems and CRM platforms.
Update reservation records with changes, cancellations, or modifications.
Maintain accurate and organized digital files.
Verify data accuracy before final submission.
Documentation & File Management
Prepare and organize travel confirmations, invoices, and vouchers.
Upload and archive travel documents.
Maintain structured filing systems for easy retrieval.
Ensure all required documents are complete and properly recorded.
Administrative Support
Assist travel consultants with system updates and booking entries.
Monitor email queues and distribute requests accordingly.
Track booking status and update internal spreadsheets.
Support reporting by compiling data into Excel sheets.
Quality Control
Cross-check booking information for accuracy (names, dates, destinations, pricing).
Identify discrepancies and report them to supervisors.
Follow internal compliance and data protection procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good typing speed and computer skills.
