Job Summary:
Provides operational support to front-line travel agents by processing bookings, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with airline policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue, reissue, and refund tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Manage schedule changes, fare rules, and pricing adjustments
Process queues and maintain accurate booking records
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with reconciliation and reporting
Requirements:
Experience in travel agency or airline ticketing
Strong GDS knowledge
Detail-oriented and organized
Good English communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines
