Job Description:
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team and senior leadership by managing sales follow-ups, CRM data, executive scheduling, and task coordination. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend sales calls and prepare same-day summaries with action items
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Support proposals, pricing checks, and internal handoffs
Track tasks and follow up to ensure completion
Coordinate executive and leadership scheduling across time zones
Assist with expense and credit card reconciliation as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and task-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
Experience supporting sales teams or executives is a plus
